Showered

Well, it looks like it's my turn to comment on the baby shower. My sweet sister and roommates from Baylor threw me (and I guess Walker and Aaron too) a beautiful baby shower. Although I did have an inkling of some of the gifts beforehand, there were many fun surprises. Walker will be quite the well-dressed baby! I am putting some pictures on the blog, but the photographer I assigned mainly took many pictures of me. Hopefully Lindsay has some of the table and decor because it really was so cute.
Some of the larger gifts were, of course, the stylish diaper bag from the hostesses. They also gave us our white bumpers from the Pottery Barn Kids. Nice girls. We got our stroller, which is a travel system. This means that it is a stroller, infant seat, and car seat all in one. Aaron put it together, and I pushed it around until Miriam told me that she felt like Walker was in the stroller and I was pregnant with #2. I decided to put it away after that. We also got a Pack-n-Play, which will come in handy if we go to Cloudcroft at Christmas. We got lots of little outfits, stuff for the nursery, and toys. And my parents gave us our crib, which is being delivered Thursday! We will post again with pictures when it arrives!

Sorry that our blog is all baby, but that is pretty consuming right now. 5 weeks! Yikes/Can't wait! I went to the doctor Monday, and Walker now weighs 4 pounds, 9 ounces, and we both are healthy! Thanks for all your prayers! Have a wonderful week, and we are thinking of all of you who are busy moving. I know it is stressful and exciting and exhausting!
