I am officially only working 3 days this week!!! I feel like a new woman, and I am determined to have two days off plus the weekend even if all I am able to do is try to recover from my hectic three days on! I saw 11 patients yesterday, and I have equally long days Wednesday and Thursday, but Walker and I are going to Bible study and lunch (if the budget permits) today and then to hear Aaron read his paper on Friday.We had flooding, torrential rains all weekend! Our neighborhood made it on the news because of all the cars trapped and people having to be rescued less than a mile from our house. All the streets around us were completely blocked off with firetrucks, and we heard sirens all day on Sunday. Our own backyard looks a little like a Mississippi mud-slide, and our garage still has standing water in it! But, the ground is drying, and soon we should be able to allow the dogs in the backyard again.
That's all my news. Aaron posted something to Abraham's blog and was hoping for some readers, so I'll give him a plug. Check out the dogblog.

Get that baby away from the dog! What if he gets slobbered on! Poor kid. I'm lucky we had dachsands, not that slobbery.
Aaron's blog, been there, done that. It was good to see that Aaron posted again. Kind of funny that Walker likes the dog so much. Lauri used to lay in our yard in South Dakota and our dog would put his paws on her chest and lick her face, she loved it! Weird kid.
That sounds like what Lyndsay said to me tonight when I started slobbering on Isabella. However, I did *not* lay her on the ground and lick her.
What can I say? I just love dogs!!! Cute kid. That's cool that Aaron updated.
I hear that John Cusack loves dogs. Is the black one Abraham?
